Eight sportsmen will represent Perm at the XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver (Canada).
A lot is expected from Russian figure skaters at the Olympics with a new breed of juniors blossoming just at the right time. Among them are Vera Bazarova and Yuriy Larionov, Perm figure skaters, who successfully participated at the European Figure-Skating Championship in Tallinn (Estonia) a couple of months ago. They could hardly believe they were on the list of Russian Olympic team and promised to do their best not to disappoint their Perm supporters.
