Mr. Colin Cook, Councillor of the Oxford City Council, participated in the Victory Day festivities that took place in Perm on May 9th.

Perm celebrated Victory Day on May 9. On that day, all TV networks showed World War II-inspired films, younger generations honored veterans, and the festivities culminated in a military parade at Perm’s October Square.
